Located in Okayama which is facing Seto Inland Sea and known as moderate climate, We are building
handcrafted squid jig called "Egi".
Using a short light rod with one meter line directly tied to the top guide and hooked small live worm. This is my first fishing and what I was always doing in rock fishing with my father when I was a little kid. As I get bigger to be a high school student, I have experienced many styles of fishing such as simple light fishing, long casting fishing, float fishing, etc. After high school, I went to California, USA as a college student and I enjoyed shore and lake fishing for a few years.
Getting back to Okayama, I experienced squid fishing and shore jigging and those became one of my favorite fishing style. A few years later, I started to handcraft squid jig, "egi".
Not only fishing, I also like digging or catching shellfish
and grappling fish to enjoy holiday in the season. I'm not good at boat fishing
because I get seasick in half an hour and I always like fishing in places where I can feel the nature. |
